I’ve completed my listing but don’t see my profile, why?

Wise Minds Australia want to ensure the upmost security and safety wherever possible therefor once a new member has completed their profile it is placed on hold for our team to review all requirements are met including a valid Working with Children Check.

Profiles are often approved within 1-3 business days.

I don't have a Working with Children check, now what?

Obtaining a working with childrens check in the state you reside in is fairly easy and inexpensive.

Qualified educators in all states of Australia are required by law to have this along with a current police check. Victoria for example includes both WWC and police check in their teachers permit card.

Are my personal details kept private?

Information provided to build your directory profile is available for public viewing, however the level of access for the user will depend on what information you enter (example full address or just suburb and state) along with the level of membership you have purchased will alter what the user has access to.

Free Membership only allows the user to contact a member by clicking 'contact member' and using your email address provided.

Payment details such as PayPal accounts and credit card details are private and secure through the PayPal payment gateway and no user has any access to this details.

Am I paid by Wise Minds Australia or the parent/client?

The parent/client is who you should invoice. Wise Minds Australia is a directory and resource website only.

Any payments made to us directly is for the use of the directory by membership plan, lead costs or other additional add on services.

Facilitating a connection between parent and educator is what we are about and the rest is up to our members. All agreements, compliance, insurance, registration of qualifications, payments and any other agreement is solely between the parent (user) and the educator, teacher or program facilitator.

Are there any contracts with memberships?

No contracts and you can downgrade to our FREE membership at any time however you may pause or upgrade/downgrade anytime by contacting our 
service team directly.

To cancel your membership please navigate from your dashboard to the bottom left and click the 'cancel' button and follow the prompts.

How do I know when I receive a lead?

Our users will contact you either via your email address by clicking the 'contact now' button on your profile or our paid members who have also provided their phone number, social media channels and website links for the user to view can be contact via these options.

We do track statistics to each members page which can be provided upon request.  

I want to add Google Reviews to my profile but can't see how?

This is because Google Reviews are unique to each member so we need to add your link code in the system backend of each profile. All we need from you is your link to your Google business reviews and we will take care of the rest. You can find how to do this here or contact us for support
